I'm a bachelor's degree in chemistry that I earned at Southern CT State University, graduating summa cum laude. My concentration was biochemistry. I am looking forward to studying for my doctorate in chemistry at Wesleyan University. I've two years of experience as a tutor. I love science, especially in the spaces where biology and chemistry overlap. I also love sharing my knowledge of science with others, and I hope to help my students develop an appreciation of science as well. I did not go to college initially after high school. I spent several years doing other things, and it was my experience during this time that made me understand how important education is. I made my way through college while working full-time. I like to work with young people and motivate them to achieve success. I'm looking forward to tutoring students in biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, algebra, and foundational math and science topics. I will do everything I can to help students learn and learn to love science and math. In my free time, I enjoy fitness activities like weightlifting, reading, cooking, bowling, and watching hockey, football, and other sports.
